0Dan Zhao ¡ª Chairman & President

Before founding Alignment Company Limited, Dan Zhao spent over ten years with Altera Corporation (USA). He joined Altera in 1996 and served as China Sales Manager, Greater China Sales Manager, and China Sales Director. During his tenure with Altera, Dan Zhao built and developed a strong Sales/FAE team of several dozen members, made Altera's business in China grow by a factor of more than fifty times, and established strong relationships with management of Huawei, ZTE, H3C, Alcatel, TD-Tech, UTStarcom, and other key customers. Before joining Altera, Dan worked for Analog Devices Inc. for four years as VLSI Design Engineer. He obtained his M.S.E.E. at the University of Washington in the United States.

Dan Zhao possesses outstanding leadership abilities and execution skills and a high degree of integrity and commitment. More than ten years of hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of the China market. His unique business vision and good customer relationships bring tremendous values to customers and suppliers, as well as to Alignment. He will direct Alignment to achieve winning results for all in the entire value chain, and lead the company to become the premier IC Rep/Distributor for technology demand creation in China.

 

0Gary Wang ¡ª West China Sales Director

Before joining Alignment, Gary Wang worked in Altera as Strategic Account Manager, responsible for business development at Huawei. He joined Altera in 2003 and by virtue of his profound understanding and good customer relationships, helped Altera rapidly become the leading PLD (Programmable Logic Device) supplier to Huawei. He led the team to focus on customer needs and provide excellent technical support and logistics services to Huawei. By his efforts, Altera and Huawei established a close strategic cooperative relationship. His fruitful work won high recognition from Huawei and Altera headquarters.

Prior to joining Altera, Gary worked as South China Regional Sales Manager for Fortune Company, responsible for promotion of the Broadcom product line to Huawei, ZTE, UTStarcom, TCL, and other important customers.

Gary Wang obtained his Bachelor¡¯s degree in Electrical Engineering at Nanjing University of Technology and Science (China). He has rich experience in IC markets and team management, combined with strong integrity and accountability.

 

0Jed Wu ¡ª South China Sales Director

Before joining Alignment, Jed Wu worked in Altera, first as Field Applications Engineer and then as South China Channel FAE Manager. During his period as Field Applications Engineer, he helped Altera rapidly become the top PLD supplier to Huawei by virtue of his profound understanding and good customer relationships. As Channel FAE Manager, he led five Altera distributor teams to develop business in South China and established close cooperative relationships with Mindray, TCL, Coship, Comba, and GSK by putting first priority on customer needs.

Prior to joining Altera, Jed worked in Xilinx as Strategic Applications Engineer and for four years before that in Huawei as Design Engineer, responsible for research and development of data communication and broadband access products. In 1999, he obtained his Bachelor¡¯s degree in Electrical Engineering at Southeast University, China.

Jed Wu is the author of two sets of books: "Altera FPGA / CPLD Design" and "Design and Verification - Verilog HDL", and has published several articles in well-known industry magazines such as "Electronic System Design" and "EDN China". He loves life and has strong dedication and accountability. Deep understanding of technology and a strong market sense allow him to contribute not only in the field of technology but also in marketing.

 

0Seaman Zhang ¡ª East China Sales Director

Before joining Alignment, Seaman Zhang worked in Altera as East China Channel Sales Manager, responsible for Altera¡¯s business and distributor management in East China. During his tenure with Altera, Seaman Zhang, with his profound understanding, good customer relationships, and strong leadership skill, led five East China distributor teams to achieve a leading position in PLD sales.
Prior to Altera, Seaman worked in Lattice, first as Field Applications Engineer and then as Regional Sales Manager responsible for Lattice business development and distributor management in East China. Before joining Lattice, he worked in Huawei as Hardware Design Engineer and FPGA Design Engineer, specializing in research and development of data communications.

Seaman Zhang obtained his Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Tianjin University, China. He has an excellent technical background, close customer relationships, a deep understanding of the market, and rich experience in IC sales and marketing.

 

0Indy Wang ¡ª North China Sales Director

Before joining Alignment, Indy Wang worked in Altera. He joined Altera in 2004 first as Senior Sales Engineer supporting Beijing Huawei and North China Multinational Corporation, then as Account Manager supporting North China Multinational Corporation. During his three-year term at Altera, Indy Wang, with his in depth knowledge of technology, good customer relationships and team spirit, focused on customer needs and helped Altera effectively expand business in the accounts he served. He established close relationships with the management of TD-Tech, Ericsson, Motorola, and other industry-leading customers.

Indy has rich experience in the IC market. Before joining Altera, he worked in Micrel as FAE Manager and in Memec/Insight as Senior Field Applications Engineer for Xilinx. In 1985 he graduated from Zhengzhou Information Engineering University, China with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

 

0Joanna Huang ¡ª Sales Operation Director

Before joining Alignment, Joanna Huang worked in Altera as Channel Management Specialist, responsible for Altera¡¯s Performance Measurement Program and business FSCT management for eight distributors in China and Taiwan. She worked together with Altera's Sales and Marketing teams to develop programs to manage channel performance measured against business objectives. She was also responsible for distributor sales FSCT management, following up the design pipeline of distributors and analyzing distributors¡¯ inventory, shipments, and backlog data to help Altera adjust production plans to market conditions.

Prior to joining Altera, Joanna worked at TCL-Thomson Joint Venture European Business Division. During her six years there, she served first in Sales for the Eastern European market and then as Supply Chain Manager for Schneider and Thomson LCD TV Project. In this position she successfully coordinated TCL Singapore, Germany, and China R & D resources, and also the European and China factory procurement, production and logistics. She accumulated considerable experience in project and supply chain management.

Joanna Huang graduated from Jinan University, China, with a bachelor¡¯s degree in Economics.
